Erm...
You can't just hire random moderators, if someone gets enough access they could take down this forum. It's kind of like, iCP, when rebeL, Avril, secretcode6, Severedsail, more, teamed up against us and did mass banning.

True changes are being made, but don't think you'll be modded immediately though.
